From single rides
to bulk orders
Gepida needed a retail platform that serves both customers and resellers, handles warranty cases, and serves as a knowledge base in the cycling domain. They turned to us to create an online platform that ticks all the boxes.

Our mission was to create a system that serves not only individual customers but also resellers. So it is capable of managing single item purchases as well as bulk orders, order tracking, warranty handling.

Understood needs
We had to understand all the stakeholder needs weather they are bike-enthusiast, commuters, parents looking for bikes for family outings or even shop owners manage their stock including orders and warrantiy cases.
Solid fundations
Finding one fit all solutions is always hard, if not impossible. So when designing the information architecture we aimed to find the best soil to plant our crops to fulfil the needs of two different worlds.
Agile approach
We used the agile approach to build the product. With fast prototypes and market tests we gathered invaluable feedback from real customers. This helped us to save time and money as we eliminated building the unwanted.
