Our task was to introduce the next generation of student employment with a fully digital platform. UniYou offers exceptional convenience in student recruitment, job searching, and management.

Challenge

The existing process for managing student jobs was outdated and inefficient. The approach taken by many school associations was time-consuming and not modern, creating unnecessary obstacles for students and employers alike. We aimed to bring the process into the 21st century with a streamlined, digital solution.

End-to-End Digitalized Employment System

The undertaking presented a fully digital student employment platform dealing with everything from applications for open positions and contracting to identity verification and payment tracking in a single, cohesive system.

Mobile App for Students Seeking Work

A mobile application was crafted to allow students to manage their applications for open jobs, contracts, and attendance registration, delivering a seamless user experience for job seekers on the go.

Web-Based Administrative Interface

A web application has been created to aid HR representatives in posting job offers, managing applications and overseeing the entire work cycle (which encompasses payment processing and attendance monitoring).

Tailored to Generation Z

This platform is specifically crafted with Generation Z in view; however, it also guarantees that the UX/UI resonates with their preferences for a user-friendly and intuitive experience. Although the design is tailored for a younger audience, it remains approachable to a wider demographic.
